Evaluating realty space; bullish on Vedanta: Buoyant Capital

The markets have been on a bull run and there is a section which believes that a correction is around the corner. Jigar Mistry, Co-Founder of Buoyant Capital discussed the fundamentals of the market and spelt out his sectoral preferences.

“Real estate is an interesting space. It is something that we are very effectively evaluating. We are currently playing it only through peripheries which are essentially cement, tyre, home improvement companies but real estate is something we will look forward to,” he said.

“Vedanta is a very reasonable stock to own,” he said.

According to him, if one wants to be in the commodity space, the non-ferrous space is a lot more interesting.
