Interim Union Finance Minister and Union Coal Minister, Piyush Goyal, on Monday, met the Union Power Minister R K Singh, on rescuing stressed power projects in the country.
Stressed power companies will be presenting their cases before the ministries this week.
Goyal will also discuss Allahabad High Court order with Singh, which stayed RBI circular dated on February 12 this year.
The RBI circular said that even one day delay in payment by the stressed assets will lead to resolution.
On that matter, the idea is to discuss it with the power ministry and come out with the resolution.
