Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd has released its Q2 financial results, reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹97 crore for the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal (FY24). This marks a 22.9% decline compared to the ₹126 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.
The company's consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹1,782 crore, showing a 4.8% increase from ₹1,700 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, as stated in a regulatory filing.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBIDTA) amounted to ₹174.5 crore, representing a 10% decrease. The EBIDTA margin stood at 9.8%, down 160 basis points from the same period in the previous year.
