In a strategic move set to significantly impact Gujarat's economic landscape, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) Ltd, the prominent bottling arm of Coca Cola in India, has announced an investment of 3,000 crore in the state. The investment aims to establish a cutting-edge facility in Rajkot dedicated to the production of both juice and aerated beverages, with operations slated to commence by 2026.
HCCB, in a statement issued on Wednesday, December 13, said, "The investment is expected to create a considerable industrial footprint, fostering substantial economic and social growth in the region.”
The Government of Gujarat has pledged unwavering support, assuring expedited processes for obtaining necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, and clearances, the company informed.
