Capacity utilization at CEAT is nearly 100 percent, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Kumar Subbiah said in interview with CNBCTV18.
He said demand was slightly higher than pre-COVID levels.
Of the Rs 3500 crore earmarked for capex two years back, Rs 2200 has been spent, he said.
Subbiah said the company was unlikely to report losses for the quarter as the minimum revenue threshold had been crossed. He said rubber prices were at pre-COVID levels.
