Mahindra’s new challenger in the sub-4 meter segment is loaded with features but that is not its trump card. It has also got a very powerful engine and rides in handles and better than any other Mahindra in the market.

The sub-4 meter compact sports utility vehicle (SUV) segment is bourgeoning with every manufacturer worth its salt vying for the buyers’ attention.

Mahindra too took a stab at that segment with Quanto that then received a facelift a few years later and a new names, it was called the NuvoSport. We also had a butch looking compact SUV from Mahindra – the TUV300. These vehicles, however, didn’t take off as Mahindra planned.

However, Mahindra has been working on a new compact SUV to take a fresh shot at the segment and it’s called the XUV300.
