“This is the first digital budget. FM was reading the budget from the iPad was impressive,” she said.
“Two-three things stand out – one is the commitment to digital and to make everything as far as possible digital. The second is the health infrastructure that is going to come up,” she mentioned.
“The execution is very important. Even if you have a bad bank and you have the assets over there to ensure that the assets become productive, you will need decisions to be taken across departments and people must be empowered to take them without fear because if you don’t do that, we will have the same results that we had earlier where nothing could move because there wasn’t enough coordination between departments,” she said.
