In a bid to attract more customers, full service carrier, Vistara, on Tuesday lowered its fares by up to 75 percent under ‘Early Monsoon Sale’ offer, which comes into effect from midnight today.
Bookings under the sale scheme are open for 24 hours, starting 0001 hours tonight and ending at 2359 hours for the travel between September 27 2018 and April 10 2019, Vistara said in a release.
"The sale fares are available in all three classes at discounts of up to 75 percent relative to non-sale fares, starting at Rs 999 for economy class, Rs 2,199 for premium economy, and Rs 5,499 for business class, inclusive of taxes and fees. In economy class, the fares are available for both economy lite and economy standard fares," Vistara said.
The Tata-SIA airline is the only domestic carrier which has premium economy class across its aircraft, besides business and economy.
Commenting on the sale, Sanjiv Kapoor, chief strategy and commercial officer, Vistara, said, "This sale will give more travellers the chance to experience the ‘new feeling’ of flying with Vistara, whether planning a long awaited holiday or a quick weekend getaway."
The Mumbai-headquartered airline operates over 800 flights per week to 22 domestic destinations, with a fleet of 22 planes.
