Parikshit has over fifteen years of experience in the broadcast industry and before joining CNBC TV18, he spent ten years at CNN-News18 as a senior anchor.
He is a graduate of St Stephen's College and thereafter got a law degree from Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
Parikshit was selected for the CNN Journalism fellowship in 2012 and attended a month long training program in CNN Headquarters in Atlanta, the only journalist from India to do so.
